Job description
As a Nurse Specialist, you are a key figure in healthcare delivery. You are not only responsible for medical procedures but also for creating comprehensive care plans, guiding patients through their treatment pathways, and mentoring younger colleagues. Your responsibilities include:
Performing complex nursing actions and medical procedures. Establishing and evaluating individual care plans in consultation with the patient and the multidisciplinary team. Acting as the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing them with psychosocial support. Contributing to the development of protocols and guidelines to improve the quality of care. Coaching and mentoring junior nurses and interns.
